It’s the time of year that little furry friends will be looking to find a warm place for the winter, so when you’re on property please stop by the office and we will be glad to put in a new mouse bait, spray your unit and blow it out for you. When the weather changes, sometimes the doors and latches are a little fussy, if you experience any door or latch issues, please let us know in the office.

You can donate unwanted items to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Little Rock right here at Chenal 10! Tax forms are in the office for your convenience.
Recycle
If you have boxes or packing supplies that you need to dispose of, recycle them with us
Gift Wrapping
Chenal 10 offers gift wrapping services! During this busy time of year we hope to make things just a little easier. Simply stop by, pick out the paper and ribbon, drop your gifts off, and when you come back all of the work is done!
Special!
Take advantage of our “Santa’s’ Closet” special for November and December. Rent a special hiding space and workshop to help Santa this year!. It’s a great place to hide and wrap so everyone will get a big surprise Christmas morning. (Special does not include existing units, in order to receive special you must rent additional units).
